Over the last several years, Jon began to assemble a framework for practical learning that would make it easier for people to pursue their potential. This breakthrough LEARNING to be a Champion™ framework, model, and process was developed as he applied this process to his own life and helped Ohio’s small and mid-sized growth companies achieve greater success.

Twenty years ago, Jon started with a burning desire to be become all that he could become in successfully helping people achieve their potential. LEARNING to be a Champion™ is a manifestation of his process to fulfill his destiny as a champion.
